Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between kk1947 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, browses, registers on or otherwise uses the kk1947 platform available at kk1947.cam.

kk1947 is an English-language online betting and casino information platform targeting Pakistani users. We do not hold a gambling licence issued by any Pakistani governmental authority, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial regulatory body, and we do not claim affiliation with any such body. The Platform operates under the licence conditions of its international licence jurisdiction, details of which are available on request.

Online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using this Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or depositing.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

"Account"

The personal account registered by a User on the kk1947 Platform, used to place bets, access promotions and manage funds.

"Balance"

The total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.

"Bonus Funds"

Credits awarded to a User under a promotional offer. Bonus Funds are subject to separate wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

"Bet" / "Wager"

Any staking of real-money or bonus funds on the outcome of a sports event, casino game, or other market offered on the Platform.

"KYC" (Know Your Customer)

The identity and address verification process required by the Platform before processing withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary by the Platform's compliance team.

"Platform"

The kk1947 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated digital services operated under kk1947.cam.

"Responsible Gambling Tools"

Features available to Users including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion, as described in the Responsible Gambling Policy.

"Services"

All betting, casino, live dealer, esports and other wagering products made available through the Platform.

"Void Bet"

A bet that is cancelled and the stake returned to the User's Account, typically due to an event cancellation, data error or rule violation.

To register and maintain an Account on kk1947, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is specifically prohibited by applicable law, to the extent that such restriction applies to you personally.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on this Platform or any other platform operated by kk1947 or its affiliates.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by kk1947 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a director, employee, consultant, agent or contractor of kk1947, or a close relative of any such person.

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You are required to notify kk1947 promptly if any registration details change. kk1947 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep registration information up to date.

You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your Account. Your username and password must be kept confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at the support address listed in Section 15.

• One Account per person, household, device, IP address and payment method.
• Registration information must be truthful and verifiable.
• Account credentials must not be shared, sold or transferred.
• kk1947 may request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure, subject to applicable law and advance notice.

All Account transactions are processed in the currency supported by the Platform. Pakistani users may see amounts referenced in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) for informational context. Final transaction currency and conversion rates are determined at the time of processing.

Payment references mentioned on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as familiar payment context for Pakistani users only. They do not constitute guaranteed deposit or withdrawal methods, and do not imply that those institutions endorse, support or are affiliated with kk1947 or any gambling activity. Available payment methods are confirmed at checkout.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit, subject to KYC completion.
• kk1947 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending identity verification or fraud review.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, kk1947 may freeze Account funds pending investigation and notify relevant authorities.
• Transaction fees imposed by payment providers are the responsibility of the User unless expressly stated otherwise.

kk1947 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and casino promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

• Wagering requirements specify how many times bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. Requirements typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, as stated in the individual offer.
• A maximum bet limit applies when wagering with active bonus funds. Bets exceeding this limit may be voided and bonus funds forfeited.
• Minimum qualifying odds may apply to sports bets that count towards wagering requirements.
• Bonuses expire within the period stated in the individual offer, typically between 7 and 30 days from issue.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per new Account. Existing users may not claim new-player promotions.
• kk1947 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, duplicate accounts or abuse of promotions will be forfeited and the Account may be closed.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or game type. General rules applicable to all bets are set out below.

• A bet is accepted only when the Platform issues a bet confirmation reference. Network errors or browser issues that prevent confirmation mean the bet has not been placed.
• kk1947 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published in error (palpable error), or where the Platform was aware of the outcome at the time of placement.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or not completed within the time frame specified in the relevant sport's rules, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to market suspension periods. kk1947 cannot guarantee continuous availability of live markets during fast-moving events such as PSL T20 matches or UFC bouts.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip prior to confirmation.
• Cricket bet settlement follows the official results declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, PCB) or match referee. kk1947 uses official scorecards as the primary settlement source.
• Winnings are credited to the Account Balance following official result confirmation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using the Platform to launder, conceal or transfer proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers or other software to place bets, access data or manipulate the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or miscalculated odds ("palpable errors") knowingly and deliberately.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate the outcome of bets or casino games.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies in a manner designed to abuse promotions or systematically exploit pricing inefficiencies against the Platform's commercial interests.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity documents during KYC verification.
• Using another person's payment method, identity or Account credentials without their express authorisation.
• Attempting to access restricted sections of the Platform or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's software.

kk1947 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive or prohibited activity as described in Section 8.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.
• A request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Where continued operation of the Account would expose kk1947 to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

Users may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Requests for voluntary closure will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned via the original deposit method after KYC clearance. Bonus funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless otherwise required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kk1947 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

• kk1947 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions or third-party service disruptions outside our reasonable control.
• kk1947 is not liable for gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform. Gambling carries inherent financial risk and you accept this risk when placing any bet.
• Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the net deposits you made to your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• kk1947 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or from reliance on incorrect information you provided during registration.

All content on the kk1947 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of kk1947 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, transmit or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.
• The kk1947 name, logo and associated marks are proprietary to the Platform. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.
• Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to kk1947 may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

The collection, use and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy.

kk1947 collects personal data including registration details, KYC documents, transaction records and betting history for the purposes of account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention and, where you have consented, marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services and regulatory authorities where required by law or our operating licence conditions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kk1947 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent not inconsistent with any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.

Nothing in this clause affects your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction. Pakistani users are reminded that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. This clause does not constitute legal advice and you should seek independent legal counsel if you have concerns about your legal position.

kk1947 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or urgent regulatory circumstance.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9.

The date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
